The logo of the tercentenary is based on a picture that was painted by the leading botanical artist of his day, Georg Dilnys Ehret. The painting illustrates Class 10 of the sexual system.

Sweden, the Åland Islands and Finland - A Destination Discovery trip with Pacific Science Center

Stockholm and Uppsala, Sweden; the Åland Islands; Helsinki, Finland.

Pacific Science Center is organizing this trip in honour of Linnaeus's 300th anniversary and Sweden's recognition by UNESCO in 2005 as the world leader in science and technology innovation. On this trip we will explore three fascinationg countries, the legacy of Linnaeus, and Sweden's commitment to science and science education.
